This post was meant to be published yesterday, but in between work and more work, I forgot. I've been slacking a bit in the blog department. My last DIY has been a while ago, and I can not remember the last time I did anything worth mentioning in the kitchen. DIY-ing was something on my to do list last weekend, but Sherlock kept me from it. I discovered this brilliant show last saturday evening, and watching this was kind of like the only thing that got done last weekend. Why did I not discover Sherlock sooner, and why are there only nine episodes? Besides couch potato-ing I did get some grocery shopping done, and I did treat myself to some happy looking socks. I am wearing a pair of these today :-) Have you treated yourself to something lately that made you smile?
These socks are just awesome....and yes...Sherlock is the best! Have you seen all the seasons? His best man speech is one of my fave moments:)
ReplyDeleteI've still got 1,5 episode left, and I noticed that the next season doesn't arrive until next year :-(
DeleteHappy socks for instant happiness?! They sure look great!
ReplyDeleteMy feet love happy socks!
DeleteLove the cheerful socks! I haven't seen Sherlock, but have heard good things about it.
ReplyDeleteI love the series Sherlock. I've already seen all of them :)
ReplyDeleteThe socks are adorable!
The socks are so fun! I've seen the ads for Sherlock on one of our public stations that plays many BBC shows like Downton Abbey. I need to check this out too. It looks great!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute socks! I've heard Sherlock is great.
ReplyDeleteSHERLOCK! I'm so glad you found it! I believe new episodes are coming at the end of the year, and I heard one of them is set during the Victorian Era, just for fun. :-)
ReplyDeleteThe socks are gorgeous. It really is the little things that make us happy. I've been watching Arrested Development on Netflix, hilarious.
ReplyDeleteCool Love these colourful socks I love to buy stuff on markets. The number of markets is exploding here in chch
ReplyDeleteHappy socks are so much fun. I'm glad you treated yourself to some.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
And I just read there won't be more episodes until 2016. =( We both love that show! It's totally a legit excuse for not doing other things.
ReplyDeleteThose sock are cute! I love Sherlock, too :)
ReplyDeleteYay, another thing we share. I also have fascination and obsession for colourful socks. On the rare times I'm able to wear rubber shoes, I pair it with some colourful socks too, never mind the mismatch here
