The one with the things I liked this week (127)

Finally got some houseplants, hope they will last a while....

Having lunch with L + Y, I often take a sandwich with goats cheese, and this one with beets, honey and walnuts is definitely in my top 5!

Seen on a walk

Lots of cute vintage cars this week, this van was one of my favourites!

This was the week of the Four Days Marches, it's a tradition to give participants red gladiolus when they cross the finish line.

Realised that this was my first icecream was my first one of summer.
I think I may have some catching up to do...

  1. Pretty houseplants. They say it helps if you talk to them. :-) That sandwich looks amazing! All the gladiolus together looks really neat. I love the glimpses of red ready to show themselves! Yes, you have some catching up to do with the ice cream. Life's little pleasures!

    1. I've heard singing helps too, but I won't do that. I think they wouldn't like that...

  2. Your first ice cream?! You certainly do have catching up to do. I just went to Wikipedia and read about the 4 Days Marches--what a great idea to promote fitness--and I love the red gladioli!

  4. Love these shots! I often struggle with houseplants. I have a few but I'm always a afraid they are one week away from dying on me. Hopefully you have a greener thumb than I do.

    1. Plants mostly don't survive very long, but I am keeping my fingers crossed for these!

  5. You definitely need to catch up on ice-cream! Lovely van.
Love the plants, you got some nice varieties, they have high survival rate so don't worry! Just be careful with watering, don't over water :)

  10. Is that for lunch? It looks delicious and the arrangement was for the win. I almost don't like to eat it. And I say yes to houseplants!!!
