The one with the thrift shop finds

Just when I was about to give up on the thrift shop after multiple unsuccesful visits, I found these little treasures! The best part was that they cost only € 4,- (just over 5 USD) all together. The little wooden tray might need a little improvement and could be the victim of a DIY project. No idea yet what this project could be, suggestions are very welcome!. Do you like to go thrifting?       So do I! I didn't like thrift shops a couple of years ago, but it's so much fun to go treasure hunting.

    I like that tray, but that sheep mug....I need something like that! I used to go thrifting a lot when I was young, but mostly for clothes. Must really go again soon and find some treasures like this. Thanks for sharing, Marieken.

    Thrifting is one of my favorite things! I found a pretty gold box last week. It needs a little work, but it was still a great find. I'm glad you kept going back because sometimes thrifting is really hit-or-miss. I've found that if I go on a regular basis I have better luck. :-)

    I love thrift shopping, I am obsessed with finding new treasures! It can get a little out of hand though, but I recently scored when a friend's friend was moving and just gave me a bunch of vintage finds for free!

    Thrifting is totally a thing my boyfriend and I do almost every week! We may not buy something but the thrill of searching for that something is totally addictive! Our apartment is full of finds that I'm starting to sell on ebay because I'm trying to de-clutter. That wooden tray is a great find! And I love how you it's going to be a "victim" of diy :)

    I love thrifting but the charity shops are actually not as good in my new town. York is bigger than where I used to live, so all the good things get bought before I get there! This tray and glasses are so lovely :) The sheep on your mug is just adorable! Congrats on your finds, and hopefully some of your luck will rub off onto me! xx
