The one with the things I liked this week (part 27)

getting ready for dinner
dinner's here!
discovering a new icecream flavour: grapefruit

Last weekend I started a new adventure: opening up a shop on Society6. I am still trying to figure
out how it all works! For research purposes (I want to know how their prints look), I ordered one
of Mary's prints. I am very curious about the photopaper that is being used, quality of their prints, how
they are packaged and how long it takes to get here. And ofcourse, I don't mind getting myself a little
bit of lovelines to cheer up my workspace! Have you ever shopped on Society6? Or are you a seller?
Do you have experiences with Society6 you want to share over here?

  4. Grapefruit ice cream sounds really cool!

I sell on Society6, as does a friend of mine. I've never ordered their products, but she ordered a few of her prints and uses a phone case she designed through them. She got the framed prints and they're really nice! The phone case is super nice, too, but I personally have to use something more protective.

    1. I never knew they were called hushpuppies in English. Over here we call them 'bitterballen', which is Dutch for bitter balls. Strange, because they aren't bitter!

    1. It tasted really good! Just like grapefruit :-) In the winter icecream can not be too sweet. When it's cold outside I like chocolate flavours, but in summer not so much. So this was nice and refreshing.

  8. Hi Mariken,
Thank you for visiting my blog today. I'm seller on the Society and I'm not as active for a few different reasons. But I have a group of Etsy sellers who really enjoyed to be a part of Society6. I wish you a lots of happy sales! and I'm looking forward to see your post of your purchased experience!
