A postcard received from Lana, love the gold detail!
A new month
The church I see from my kitchen, from a different angle
Detail on one of the doors I photographed on last sunday's walk
A collection of cameras
Enjoy seeing your weekly likes! The church is beautiful and I wouldn't mind seeing that every time I look out my window. Love the cameras. I'm actually working on a blog post about cameras that should be published in the near future. I found a camera that belonged to my husband's family and it's very, very old, and big! Now we can just pull out our little cellphones and have a phone, camera, and a computer!
ReplyDeleteI like the convenience of taking pictures with the camera's we have nowadays and mobile phone's. But I think taking pictures was more special with the old bit camera's. Now we just snap away, but back then we really needed to think about what a pictures should be taken. I also enjoyed the waiting part, to get them developed and printed. The waiting to see how they turned out was so much fun!
DeleteThanks for reminding me that there are things to like in any given week because mine has been a tough one. Recovering from total knee replacement, husband had heart attack...but things I liked this week were my daughter coming to help me through the long hard days, doctors and nurses who took such good care of us, driving by rhodys in bloom everywhere. Still have some hard days ahead with hubby, but there's always something to cheer a person up if we just look.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about your husband, I hope he recovers soon! I always try to find something good, even though I'm having a bad day or week. I mostly succeed into finding something good.
DeleteFantastic views and amazing photography skills! I love it :)
