True!
Seen on an evening walk
This one too
Came across this work of street-art ;-) whilst running some work errands
How about some pretty tiles?
Cake at a friends birthday. The caked was made by one of his co-workers, who participated in a tv show that was in search of Hollands Best Baker, he ended up very high! So you might be able to imagine how this tasted.

This building is next to our brick and mortar shop, I love the Holy Mary statue
These were some of the things I liked this week! How has your week been so far? Hope you had a good one. Have a great weekend, cheers!
I agree with the first one and I love those colourful tiles on the pavement! My town wouldn't even think of allowing that :-/ And congrats to your friend for getting high marks for the cake on the show! There is a similar competition here as well :) Nice selfie!
ReplyDeleteI love that some of these art works don't get removed, they make life a bit more beautiful!

Deletethe birthday cake just steal my heart:) and I will be thinking about it probably all day:) lovely findings as usual!!!!
ReplyDeleteThat cake looks delicious! I haven't had any cake that I hadn't made myself in several months, because of the celiac. But I'm thinking the approaching holidays will give me the excuse to bake some really fabulous grain-free baked goods!
ReplyDeletehave a great week!
I haven't baked a thing in ages. I will use the days off around the holidays to get some baking done!
DeleteMy son is recovering well, Marieken. TY for asking. He went back to school last week, but he wasn't really ready, but fingers crossed he'll be ok today.
ReplyDeleteHave a great Monday!
I love the street art on the sidewalk! What a happy pop of color. :-)
ReplyDeleteI love the sign in the first photo. And I bet that cake was delicious!
ReplyDeleteHaha for the accidental selfie! And I will forever say yes to evening walks. Although it's not quite safe to do it in Manila :) As for the tiles, it is indeed amazing. I rarely see such intricate and elaborate designs.
