The one with the trip to 's-Hertogenbosch

Last saturday I had lunch with some old school friends (or oldschool friends?) in the city of 's-Hertogenbosch. I lived there for almost 2 years and it's one of my favourite cities. Lots of places with good food and drinks, small streets and a Zara (which we don't have over here). There's also a store where you can gush over shoes like Louboutins and a store that's named 'the Chocolate Company'.

Urban decay

My wallet is very happy that I am not able to walk in heels
blue skies are always a good excuse for a party
not my best photography-work, but the train was moving - fast

  1. Sounds like a wonderful place, Marieken!
When I moved to the country I stopped wearing high heels, but those are amazing! Love the colour :)

  2. Love that first picture, I love crumbling buildings.
It looks like you had a great litte day

  3. I am in love with those heels! It looks like a beautiful city.

  4. Great pictures! I want to frame the building and the flowers! Thank you for a peek into your side of the world!

  5. Sounds like a beautiful place! did you eat any of those delicious chocolates?

    1. I got some chocolate spoons: a big chunk of chocolate (mine are cappucino/orange flavoured) with a wooden spoon in it. You need to stir it in hot milk and you get hot chocolate. Even though it's may, it's still scarf and coat weather, so I think hot chocolate is allowed.

  6. Chocolate, pink heels and pretty flowers...great post for today!!!

  7. Chocolate heaven! My favorite kind! I'll bet that your feet are probably happy you won't be walking in those shoes either. I can't wear heels for more than a minute!

I love to read your thoughts and comments
