One of my goals too, but eventually (mostly sooner than later) I manage to kill off all of my plants... The bakery celebrated their one year anniversary over the weekend, so I managed to stay away for quite a bit. But I'm afraid it will not take me another year to go again!
I'm using plain boring dark grey thread, but I when I saw all of those pretty colours I needed to take a photo. I'll be checking out the peperomia on wikipedia :-) Maybe there are any tips to be found about keeping them alive as long as possible.
Those cupcakes...yummo! And I've been dying to get a sewing machine and learn how to sew properly. You should teach me! :D
ReplyDeleteThat would be a disastrous idea, the only thing I manage to make are pillowcovers :-)
DeleteA cupcake shop around the corner? That sounds dangerous! They look delicious. I love the plant. The colors are so pretty. Cool stamps. :)
ReplyDeleteVery dangerous, I am afraid I might become a frequent visitor...
DeleteThose stamps are handsome, and yum to the cupcakes.
ReplyDeleteI love everything! Ooh, you have a cupcake shop around the corner? Lucky you!!
ReplyDeleteLovely things! Those cupcakes look tempting! And that plant is lovely, I have one like that too, but it is red! Have a great Monday:)
ReplyDeleteAny idea what kind of plant it is? There was no card that came along with it, sharing interesting info about it.
DeleteThose cupcakes look delicious! Nice pics :)

ReplyDeleteI hope that bakery is new, because I would have been there long ago! The treats look lovely :)
ReplyDeleteNice plants also. I'm always working on not killing our indoor plants...it's a goal of mine to improve my green thumb :)

ReplyDeleteYou have me wondering what you were making, with that bright thread! I think your plant might be a peperomia but I'm not sure.
