The one with a market and a quick shop update

This sunday I'll be taking part in my third market ever. It's in the city of Den Bosch, where I studied business economics and lived for 1,5 years (until I quit) (it took me quite a while before I realised that I prefered the lessons in law and marketing over the actual economics...) many years ago. My mom is a sweetheart and she will come along to help me out. The market is outside, and so far the weather predictions aren't very good.... As I am typing this, it's raining cats and dogs. Maybe a good thing, because the rain we are having now, can't be falling again on sunday, right?

This promotional squirrel is made by Studio WellWaar and more info about the market (in Dutch) over here

Shop update

I've been listing some new items lately, including the pretty pink paper (new quote prints are coming too!). Here's an update.

Hope you're off to a great start of the weekend. Today I'll be preparing for tomorrows market. What are you up to? Enjoy!

The one with a shop update and the MuseumMarket

Happy friday! I've been doing some updates on my shops. Besides the day job, I've been working on some new postcards, added some new photo's to Society6 (they offer free shipping at the moment) and I turned some doodles into temporary tattoos (those need to be photographed, edited and listed, but I am so excited about the result that I wanted to share some of that too!)

 New cards over at DaWanda

Framed mini cooper

Mill cards

Other than that, this sunday I will be attending my first market. Not as a buyer, but as a seller. I am getting a bit nervous now that we're getting closer to the weekend. As an introvert, I like selling online, but actually getting out there, that's a whole different thing! Lucky for me, my friend Eefje  from Atelier Luna will be coming along. I've been sewing some garlands to make our booth look pretty, and mom has been folding giftbags from old magazines, in case I make some sales :-).
I'm still thinking on what to bring. I did manage to pack some things, but I am hoping to get everything together today. In case you have any wise words, or tips, please feel free to share them in the comments below!

The one where we went cuckoo!

Last sunday we visited the autumn fair in Utrecht to get some fresh items to sell in our brick and mortar shop. The original plan was to walk around a bit at the fair, visit a museum afterwards and maybe do a bit of shopping. None of plans two and three. All day was needed at the fair, to be able to see everything we wanted to see. We got so many cards, gorgeous wrapping paper, notebooks, and other paper goodies, that I am afraid I don't know where to leave everything once it arrives! One might say we went a bit cuckoo... Oh, and these clocks were also available.
