A happy mailbox and gorgeous stamps
Finally finished a DIY project and getting supplies for a new one
A museum visit on sunday, more on that next week
Seeing this on my way to work
Loads of lamps
Participating in the annual popquiz marathon
Love all those lamps! Curious about your DIY project :)
ReplyDeleteLoved those lamps!
DeleteGorgeous stamps! Are those vintage buttons? Looking forward to your DIY project and I love the car photo :)
ReplyDeleteNo, they're not vintage. I'll go to the thriftshop tomorrow, hope to find some real vintage ones too!
DeleteLove the vintage-looking buttons and fun stamps.
ReplyDeleteAnd I love that American Muscle :)
Isn't it a stunner? There are a couple of them in the area, how awesome would it be having a car like that?
DeleteVery nice shots :)

Unfortunately, most mail I receive are bills!
DeleteSo awesome. I love these posts because they're a reminder to look for the beauty in each day. Thanks, Marieken!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome! One thing I've learned in the last couple of years, is that beauty can be found everywhere and that you don't necessarily need fancy or expensive things to be happy.
DeleteThose stamps are so beautiful:) Have a great weekend, darling. xo
ReplyDeleteThey are just like small works of art! Happy weekend to you too!
DeleteOooh... I"m a fan of all the stamps!
ReplyDeleteSo am I, just like little pieces of art.
DeleteI like the lamps! And i'm curious about the DIY-project :)
ReplyDeleteWith such gorgeous buttons, it must be a good DIY!
DeleteI love the stamps. I get so excited when I get anything in the mail with actual stamps on it!
ReplyDeleteSo do I! Especially if they are as good looking as these!
DeleteI look forward to these posts--you always seem to capture happy and beautiful moments from your week!
ReplyDeleteI am happy to have learned in the last years that those moments don't have to be 'big' things, but that they can occur in everyday life!
DeleteCan't wait to see the museum pics:D And those stamps are gorgeous indeed!
ReplyDeleteThey're up today!
DeleteThat is a happy mailbox! Pretty stamps, pretty buttons! Lighting is pretty cool too.
ReplyDeleteA very happy mailbox! I even think I saw it make a little happy dance :-)
DeleteI would have been the happiest if I receive the same gifts from the mail. The only thing I receive from the mail today are credit card bills LOL and I hate them. I don't often encounter people who still appreciate stamps like I do. Although for me, the collection stopped years ago. But I still have the stamps with me.
ReplyDeleteI'm interested with the DIY project from the buttons.
The lamps are for the win! Is that inside a store or restaurant?
I'm totally clueless about the pop quiz marathon. But it looks so interesting!
The lamps are in a restaurant, felt a bit awkward snapping a pic. THe marathon was with teams of 5 people, most rounds where song fragments, where you needed to write down song title and name of the artists. It was loads of fun, even though we didn't do that good of a job this year...
DeleteLove all those stamps! I used to collect them from around the world when I was a kid. Brings back memories of long distance pen friends in the days before the internet!
ReplyDeleteI sometimes forget there was a time before the internet!
DeleteCan't wait to see your diy and hear about your museum visit. :)
ReplyDeleteThe museum visit-blog's up today, and I hope to squeeze in some diy-time next weekend :-)
DeleteOoo a nes DIY, can't wait!!
ReplyDeletehope this one will not take as much time as the last one!
DeleteI love the photo of all the beautiful, colourful stamps! And the ceiling full of lamps is so pretty. Is that at a restaraunt? xx
