The one with the things I liked about may

June is already a week old, but I wanted to share some pictures of things I liked in may.

Walking to a friday dinner

Having pancakes for dinner at my favourite pancake-place. I love that one of the walls is covered with old baking tins.

Enjoying a sunday stroll

Even though summer has yet to begin, we already went Christmas shopping for items for our brick and mortar store

A surprise guest in our shop

Seen on a saturday

Although it's windy, rainy and cold, we had some nice warm days!

Seen on an afterwork walk

Been to the ballet with my mom, and we saw this on our way back

  1. Wonderful collection of photos. I thought only Americans had restaurants where we eat pancakes for dinner! Yum. How funny the bird showed up in the shop. I hope he found his way out. :) Our weather has been unseasonably rainy and cold too. It looks like it is supposed to be summer like in a couple of days (finally)!

    1. Wishing you lots of sun! We have restaurants that solely make pancakes. My favourites are with apple and raisins. Yum! The bird found its way out pretty quickly. I wonder how long it had been there. I was afraid it wouldn't be able to find the way out and panick.

    1. Whenever I pass that place in the first photo, it feels like I am not in my hometown, but on a holiday in a charming small French village!

  3. I always love seeing the architecture in your photos! Everything I see on a regular basis was build in the 1970s or 80s and just isn't that attractive!

    1. Yes! For quite some time now. We started out as a printshop, but we´re slowly turning it into a stationery / giftshop :-)

  5. Your photos sum up what looks a like a beautiful month! You must be enjoying a bricks and mortar shop--and actually talking to your customers. That's an issue with selling on Etsy!

    1. Most of the time it's fun, but with some customers an online shop isn't that bad :-)
