What you'll need (serves 4):
- a big piece of watermelon
- mint
- 100 grams of feta cheese
- 75 grams of black olives
What you'll need to do:
Well, no real cooking is required for this one (I'm a big fan of any recipe that doesn't result in me doing lots of dishes afterwards)! All that needs to be done, is to make some sort of cube shapes out of the melon and mix these with the feta cheese, the olives and finely chopped mint. Cheers!
I never tried combining watermelon with feta cheese before. Sounds refreshing!
ReplyDeleteIt is!
DeleteWow this is unique! I don't normally like mixing sweet and savory but your photos are so beautiful that I want to give it a try!
ReplyDeleteNeither do I, but these go great together.
DeleteI love watermelon and this mix must be great!
ReplyDeleteThis looks very tasty!
ReplyDeleteI'm also a big fan of dishes that don't require a lot of dishes! Or a lot of ingredients either. And this looks great! :)
ReplyDeleteFeta and watermelon? That sounds so good and totally something I would eat! Oh, I can't wait to try this recipe. Muah

ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting salad idea!
ReplyDeleteOh, I've never tried something so different with watermelon before! You make it look so delicious, though. I love the way that black and white checked cloth brings out the contrast of the colors in the recipe in your second picture!
ReplyDeleteThanks Allison! I still find it very hard to take good food shots, many pictures needed to be made to get some good ones.
DeleteI love watermelon and I love olives but I have never thought of putting them together. It looks delicious!
