The one with the watermelonsalad

What you'll need (serves 4):
  • a big piece of watermelon
  • mint
  • 100 grams of feta cheese
  • 75 grams of black olives

What you'll need to do:
Well, no real cooking is required for this one (I'm a big fan of any recipe that doesn't result in me doing lots of dishes afterwards)! All that needs to be done, is to make some sort of cube shapes out of the melon and mix these with the feta cheese, the olives and finely chopped mint. Cheers!

  11. Oh, I've never tried something so different with watermelon before! You make it look so delicious, though. I love the way that black and white checked cloth brings out the contrast of the colors in the recipe in your second picture!

    1. Thanks Allison! I still find it very hard to take good food shots, many pictures needed to be made to get some good ones.
